Description

Suicide is on the rise amongst our teens. TCYouth, partnered with Licensed Clinical Therapist, have agreed to facilitate Mental Health Workshops to teach the youth how to cope with anxiety and depression, knowing the signs & symptoms, and show hands on coping mechanisms, all while having fun and opening up. We want our youth to know, “It’s Ok Not To Be Ok”!!!
