Hat, Gallery, and Lounge is the only black-owned Temperance Bar in the DMV. In the events we curate here at the lounge, we enjoy providing an experience free of spirits but with plenty of good memories! In our elevated series, we offer elevated food, and mocktails for those of you who enjoy getting lifted. We will have a DJ playing reggae the entire time.
