Rais "Raye" Norman is a licensed Virginia real estate agent, seasoned property manager, and real estate investor with over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential real estate. 

She has managed single-family homes, multifamily properties, townhomes, and condominiums, and brings a deep understanding of both the financial and personal sides of buying, selling, and owning property.

Raye began investing in real estate early in her career and has firsthand experience with creative strategies such as seller financing, long-term rental ownership, and property operations. This background allows her to guide clients with clarity, foresight, and practical insight—whether they are first-time buyers, growing families, or investors building long-term wealth.

Known for her calm, detail-oriented approach, Raye prioritizes education, transparency, and advocacy. She believes clients make the best decisions when they are informed and supported, not rushed. In addition to her real estate work, Raye holds an MBA and has a strong foundation in negotiation, customer service, and project coordination. She is especially passionate about helping women and families navigate real estate decisions with confidence and strategy.
