FAHASS is a private non-profit organization whose mission is to positively impact individual and community health. We offer a wide array of health and supportive services designed to improve and maintain the health and wellness of our clients, patients and our community. Some of our services include: Primary Medical Care, Mental Health and Counseling Services, Medical and Non-Medical Case Management, Medical Transportation Assistance, Housing and Utility Assistance, LGBTQ Community Space, and Health Education & Referral services.
