About
The mission of UGRC is to improve the health and well-being of BIPOC LGBTQIA+ communities of greater Richmond. We formed as a group of dedicated BIPOC LGBTQIA+ community leaders who saw the need for a coming together of LGBTQIA+ persons of color. During the summer of 2016, these leaders discussed and envisioned ways that the BIPOC LGBTQIA+ communities of Greater Richmond could benefit from an event that celebrates the fullness of who we are.
