Gala & Art Auction | Quality of Education: From Foundations to Flourishing

The Quality of Education Gala & Art Auction is a formal philanthropic gathering hosted by HopeSpring International to support the Enhanced One Book, One School (E-OBOS) program at Hugh Mercer Elementary School in the 2026-27 school year. The E-OBOS program launches in September 2026 and concludes in March 2027 with a student culminating event hosted by Hooky Entertainment, a Fredericksburg community, and projects prepared for the big screen by Folktellers for Literacy. This Gala raises the institutional support to make that program possible.
