Our goal is to improve the lives of youth and their families through available services and resources provided by each organization. We realize that youth workers need core competencies such as knowledge, skills, and personal attributes to prepare for future employment or entrepreneurship. This wealth of experience derives from various sources: life experiences, natural abilities, training, on-the-job training/apprenticeship, internships, formal education, supervision, etc. Target

Demographic: Middle School to College, Black and Brown

Objectives – Bridging the gap between the educational needs of students and the labor market demands of businesses, expanding youth apprenticeship is a way of creating a more inclusive economy. Improved knowledge of the conditions and tactics required for the accomplishment and sustainability of youth apprenticeship partnerships will speed up and intensify learning. Increase public knowledge and awareness of high-quality youth apprenticeship programs and certifications, and the benefits they provide to communities, companies, and students. Provide emotional and coaching support while striving to accomplish endeavors regardless of the chosen path (self-employment or college).
