Description

Learn about how food can be medicine and how food can be poison! During this interactive workshop, we will discuss eating clean whole unprocessed foods, how to navigate the grocery store, and how to read food labels. We will discuss which foods promote weight loss, and which foods you should always avoid. We will demonstrate how to meal prep and store your meals in advance.
